I purchased an issue but every time it begins to download, the app crashes.

This is the application I open first thing in the morning, and as soon I open it crashes. It has been going on like this for 6 weeks or more. Please somebody be kind to read the reviews and find the solution for this problem. As I read the reviews here, I am not the only one having this problem. Thank you!

I would love this app if it werent so irritating. Every month I have to delete the app, then wait for it to download, only to have it crash over and over again. The problems have not been addressed, when in fact, have become worse. Ive sent several emails, but no success at correcting the problems. I would not recommend this app until all the issues are fixed. I am deleting his app for good and will rely on my hard copy.

Have used this app for years and never got it to consistently work on my iPad. Love the monthly book and LOVED having it on my phone but starting Jan 30, I am unable to access anything. Even after buying Feb. And reinstalling the app, all it does is crash now like on the iPad. Please fix as this is my go to for daily prayers.

As you and we well know, the magazine is fantastic. BUT, the app is terrible! Of the apps I use, this is one of the most frequented and also the only one that has so many problems. Please help us all. Thanks for your time.

I wish I would have read these reviews before renewing & updating this app this morning. Now it just keeps downloading between every movement within the app. It is unusable as is! Feel like I got ripped off!

I have had problems with the iPad version of this app for months while the iPhone app has worked fine. I decided to remove the iPhone app and iPhone app completely. I then went back to the App Store and relaunched the iPad version first and no problems with the iPad app so far! I just relaunched the iPhone version and its now working fine too. Try this for yourself!

I always hesitate to update the app especially when it seems to be working well. Updated yesterday and alas back to the same problems. Cant read through the entire ending prayer because the iPhone app wont scroll all the way. This gets so frustrating not to know when and if it will work properly. I love the content but using it electronically is a problem. Wish I would have invested in the paper version. :-(

Magnificat provides a wonderful daily path to holiness easily accessible in our every day lives. It delivers great spiritual richness that can sanctify the whole day. Wonderful!

For the past two months this application has been very frustrating to try and download the next months issue. It should not be this hard to use a worthwhile publication.

It has been fixed. Great app once again. Very satisfied with it.

Very easy to use and in the exact same format as the book. So convenient!!

I am likewise frustrated with this app. When it works it is awesome and wonderful material, but I can never seem to get it to open, even after I purchased the months new material. I wish this could be fixed.

I havent had problems with this app that others have described. I am very happy with the e-version of the Magnificat. It allows me to take it on the go. I never leave my phone when I go out which means I am never without my Magnificat.

Every time I go to update to a new month, I cannot access it. I erase the app and redownload it. It doesnt help. It just keeps telling me I now have access but I cant get past the buy/login screen. The only tip from Magnificat was to delete and re download. I will stop purchasing new months. Its too much of an ordeal to access the content, which is sad because once you can access the content, it is great.

Thank you for your timely response and fixing this problem. Works perfectly, Im a prayer worrier! The app use to download in its entirety for the month, now I have to wait seemingly a long time to download each and every prayer. Often I dont have the time and skip it!! Magnificat allows one complete readings for daily Mass Saints Feast Days Psalms & beautiful daily prayers in one place When I had problem logging on to app & content When I have print subscription to get all content, staff responded by E-mail promptly I am up & running!!! Peace Ted Eshleman

Multiple endless problems downloading each new monthly issue. What a disappointment!!!
